I can't do individual tenant troubleshooting by email. These channels get you an answer faster, and help the next admin with the same problem.

- Script bugs: open an issue in the GitHub repository
- General Intune questions: r/Intune on Reddit
- Search the blog, the fix may already be written up
I usually reply within a week. Messages that follow the checklist get answered first.

Can you help me troubleshoot my Intune tenant?
Not by email, sorry. I can't give individual support for every request. Check whether a post already covers your issue, open a GitHub issue for problems with one of my scripts, or ask in r/Intune where many experienced admins help out.
Can I use your scripts in my company?
Yes, that's what they're for. Check the license in the respective GitHub repository, test in a pilot group first, and don't run anything in production you haven't read.
